Nomico, known for her works in 2006 for performing her own version of "Shichaimashou", the ending theme of the Anime "Renkin 3-kyuu Magical? Pokan?". After which, she has perform many theme songs for Anime Games and such. She has also perform many songs for the hit game "Touhou Project". This year, she will be performing with Minoshima Masayoshi.

Minoshima Masayoshi, the owner and founder of Alstroemeria Records, a doujin circle and label that releases various arrangements for games most of them being the popular Touhou series. His is known most notable for the arrangement of the song "Bad Apple feat. nomico" which was made popular on nico nico douga.

A Vocalist from the solo band, GOMBAND, who made himself famous in Nico Nico Douga in March of 2007. His videos of different cover of songs earned him 480,000 hits. Soon, he made himself more famous and have uploaded videos of songs which he covered that had 1,500,000 hits.

Animelo 2010 welcomes him into the AniSong family to perform hit songs this year.

Consisting of singers LiSA [Bottom] and Marina [Top], who performed for the anime "Angel Beats" as the singing voice behind the band "Girls Dead Monster" in 2010. Both LiSA and Marina have gain popularity since then and LiSA will be having her officail launch as a singer soon later this year. Marina has since released her very 1st single "Crow Song".

One of the compnay's representative director and owner, is non-other than Shikura Chiymaru of 5pb. He is the composer and lyricist for the Visual Novel Games "Chaos;Head" and "STEINS;GATE". He is also the composer behind many famous anime Songs including Mizuki Nana's song "Secret Ambition" for the anime Mahou Shoujo Lyrical NaNoha StrikerS and also Kaori's song "Tears Infection" for the anime "Myself;Yourself".

This years Animelo 2010. welcomes this special guest as part of the Anisama, which will certainly be a hit to many of the Anime Fans out there.

In 2002, the group was formed by current member Yaginuma Satoshi [Sat] and former graduated member Nao, who is now in a solo career. Since their formation, they have established quite a name for themself and further this success when they released their very first single "Flower of Bravery", which is also the name of the song for the Opening for the Anime "Koihime Musou" which instantly hit the Oricon Charts at #26th upon it's release.

In 2009, when NAO graduated from fripSide, they continued with Sat and found their current singer Nanjo Yoshino and was renamed fripSide: THE NEXT PROJECT. Since Yoshino became the lead singer, fripSide reach greater heights and gain more popularity. In November 2009, they released the single "Only My Railgun" which is also the Opening Theme for the Popular Anime "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun". The single top Oricon Chart at #3 upon it's released and was noted as the biggest success to hit fripSide. This success was assured again and pouplarity for the group rose higher when they released their 2nd Single "Level 5 -Judgelight-" which was the 2nd Opening Theme for the same Anime title.

Known most famous for singing the popular songs in the Gundam Seed Series as part of FicitonJunction YUUKA. She enetered as a child star at the age of 8 as a dancer.

She officially became a Seiyuu in 2001, voicing as Bubbles in the Japanese Version of Powerpuff Girls. In 2002 and 2003, she was the lead in the Animes Macross Zero as Mao Nome, and Gunslinger Girl as Henrietta and was again given another role in Mai-Hime as Yuuki Nao. Under FictionJunction YUUKA, she is known for singing the songs for Gundam Seed Series, two of these more Popular songs are as "Akatsuki no Kuruma" and "Honoh no Tobira"

In 2009 of Feburary, she released her very first own single "Odyssey", which is the Opening theme of the Nintendo DS Game "Dengeki Gakuen RPG: Cross of Venus". This year in 2010, she released her 2nd single "Tsukishirube" which is the Ending theme to the Anime "Ōkami Kakushi ". She is currently active as a J-POP Singer, Seiyuu and Actress.

Animelo 2010 - Peforming Artist - Takahashi Naozumi

Active since the 1990's as a J-POP Singer and a Seiyuu, who is known for his work since 2000, as the voice of the Popular Anime series Digimon Adventure 02 as Wormon.

Since then he has released 14 singles and 7 albums. Which in 2002, he released the album, ~kiss you~, which he became more prominent after this release. He became famous within the Shoujou games and Anime field when he voiced as one of the main character, Inori, in the PS2 Game and Anime Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - Hachiyou Shou. Then in 2004, he voiced as Hinoe in the similar series of game named "Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3".

In February of 2010, he performed the ending theme “羅針盤” [Rashinban/ Compass] for the TV Variety show 磁石のケータイハンター. The single Top the Oricon charts at the position of 18th on the week of the release.

Animelo 2010 - Performing Artist - Sphere

Consisting of the following 4 Seiyuu, Kotobuki Minako, Toyosaki Aki, Tomatsu Haruka and Takagaki Ayahi, they formed the group Sphere. Although all 4 members are new in the seiyuu world, they have made quite a success and breakthrough with their songs.

Since Feburary of 2009, their popularity went sky high after performing the opening song "Future Stream" for the Anime "Hatsukoi Limited" and subsequently the opening song "Super Noisy Nova" for the Anime "Sora no Manimani". They had their first live on January 2010 in the Nihon Seinenkan known as "Sphere Colorful Concert" and held other various live in Japan itself.

In 2010 April, they sang the opening song "REALOVE:REALIFE" for the Anime "Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou". In 2010, they will be have more Live performances around Japan.

New Band Love - Crush Tears

In 2009, Kobayashi Yu and Ryo formed the Band known as Crush Tears. Before the release of their very first single, videos of the fomration of the band was found all over the Nico Nico Douga video site. In 2010, they released their very first single "Senko no Matataki" in Feburary and they were featured in several Seiyuu Magazines.

The Band's style is more towards the J-Rock and Gothic style of music. Although they might be a new band, they are sure to have fans considering Kobayashi Yuu being famous and popular in the Seiyuu world. In general, the songs are not bad and the overall feel is quite good.

The music fits the lyrics and the song's overall feel, making it feel like you will realli wanna rock out loud and juz go crazy and let yourself go. They will be releasing their second single "Communication Breakdown" on the 7th of July this year, and it will be quite the hit judging from the Anime the song is for. I will be one of their fans and I will enjoy it alot.

New Band Love - Ouzoku Band

Here's a new update! I'm sure everyone is familiar with the famous Nico Nico Douga and Youtube person Tissue Hime. Yes, he is now non other than one of the members of the band "Ouzoku Band" which formed in 2009 last year. Ouzoku Band's mainstream of music is mostly J-Rock and minor J-POP.

Since their formation, they have released 2 albums named "Royal Straight Flush" featuring the vocals as MIKA [Kondou Mika], the sister of the famous Seiyuu Mizuki Nana and also the Album "Rainbow Snow -Aurora ni Egaita Love Letter-" featuring the ever famous Virtual Idol Diva Hatsune Miku.

Their popularity in Japan and in Nico Nico Douga itself has reach high level and have performed in various live events featuring different Singers. They have also recently been featured in Fool's Mate and Nico Nico Douga join magazine AnisonMATE, boosting their popularity to a new level, there is no doubt that this band will have further breakthroughs.

JAPANESE ANIMATIONSONG MAKERS also known as JAM Project is one of the more prominent bands in the AniSong world. Currently consisiting of the following Regular cast of Okui Masami, Fukuyama Yoshiki, Kagaeyama Hironobu, Endou Masaki and Kitadani Hiroshi.

Since their formation in 2000, the band's main focus has been more on Anime Songs. This is because this is their wish to spread the culture of Anime Songs world wide and is considered one of the most established band around the world of AniSongs. Formed by KISHOW [Taniyama Kishou] and e-Zuka [Iizuka Masaaki] in 2005. KISHOW is the lead singer of the band, while e-Zuka is the Guitarist of the band. They became more famous in the Anime world with their Anime Songs.

They held the "GRANRODEO LIVE TOUR 2009-2010 ROLLING the SCAR LEMON" from 2009 December to 2010 Feburary in Japan's 10 different perfecture and 12 different Arenas and places.

Since their formation in 5 years, they will be releasing a Commeration DVD this year. This year's Animelo won't be that happening without them.

In 2001, She performed for the song "Rumbling Hearts" for the PC game "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien" and also voiced as the Character Suzumiya Haruka. In 2003, she sang the Opening song "Precious Memories" for the Anime version of "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien".

After which she performed Openign theme for the Animes "Chrno Crusade", "Mai-HiME", "Mai-Otome" and other various Opening for Animes. In the world of Anime Songs, she became more and more popular and in 2006, she released an album fully composed and written by her.

In 2008, she released the 4th Album "Dream Link". With that her new album "Mind Touch" on April this year and soon the new 6th album "Moira" is soon to be released.

She became more famous and known to more people after she performed for the ending theme for the Anime Higurashi no Kokoro Matsuri and also the Opening song for the Anime “Chaos;Head – F.D.D.” and “STEINS;GATES – Sky Clad no Kansokusha”. She has sung various songs for Anime under 5pb.

An accomplished songwriter and singer and also the main vocalist for the duo group See-Saw, formed in 1993. Since 2003, the duo’s song were selected as part of Anime Songs. Since 2003, her popularity abroad as part of See-Saw and a solo artist has risen significantly.

In 2007, at Anime Expo 2007 she appeared as a Guest of Honor. She went to Hong Kong with Yonekura Chihiro to perform a live on 17th May 2009.

She became more popular after performing the Opening “Uninstall” and Ending “Little Bird” for the Anime Bokurano and “Prototype” for the Anime Kidou Senshi Gundam 00 Second Season.

In 2003, fresh in the singing world after signing with Starchild, they sang the Opening for Uchuu no Stellvia - Asu e no Brillant Road. This marked their breakthorugh after they formed in 1993 when vocalist atsuko and guitarist KATSU met.

In 2004 and 2005, they performed live at different conventions in America and Canada. in 2005, they sang the song Shangri-la for the anime Soukyuu no Fafner and has made furthur progress and impressed more fans.

In 2009 , they sang the Opening for Asura Cryin' and Asura Cryin' 2. They have also attended Animelo Summer Live 2008 and 2009 and will once again be appearing in this year's Animelo.

Anime Review: Angel Beats

Here's the very first Anime Review of my New Blog!

Angel Beats!

This is one of the series that I seriously have great interest in and also from the news around the Anime Lovers and Otakus, it is one of the more anticipated titles. When the first episode aired, many reviews and opinions have been posted online in various websites around the world.

Most viewers were very enthusiastic about the show, but the video quality could have been a bit better. thumbs up for the Excellent work in the Animation, but there are some flaws, which I think can be improved on. Although I have to say, they did a great job!

If you like a show that has a tsundere, a rock star and a ice cold emotionless character, is this the anime for you! Judging from the first episode, it's a quite decent Anime, if the storyline was more of a storyline, it lacks the "OMPH!" factor for the Anime Lovers out there.

A Girl with a gun is cool, but there should be more focus on her and the other main characters. Starting out with a storyline with a Rock Band, which kinda has some refference to the Anime, K-On! and also the JPOP Girl Band, SCANDAL, does not seem to bring any focus into this Anime, but who am I to judge, this is only the first episode.

I'm hoping the upcoming episodes can would be better and I am seriously hoping to see more come from this Anime, as it is one of the Animes I anticipate the most.

Uprising JPOP Group - SCANDAL

In 2007, 4 high school girls formed a JPOP Girl Band like none other, which outshone AKB48 & Morning Musume by doing something none other JPOP Girl Band has did. The gorup consist 2 guitarist, a bassist and a drummer. Since the start, this girl band rocked out with their first Single “Space Ranger”.

Concerts held by this band, has brought in regular attendance of more than hundreds since the start. In 2007 August, the band went through a breakthrough and signed contract under Kitty Records which brought them to the ranks.

In 2008 March, this band took the US and Japan itself by storm by topping the charts in US within 6 months after it was publicized by Kitty Records. After the album was released, the band went for a short tour in the US; the band was in the ovation of the US fans as they appeared in LIVE in the yearly held US event Sakura-Con.

It is without a doubt that this band has outshone most of the popular Girl Band groups in Japan. Taking the world by storm with great songs, this group’s future is as bright as the sun. Fans will sure be rooting for them in 2010 and the years that come.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Season 2

Well, the long awaited three years have come to this, the premiere of the 1st episode of the New Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Anime Series. The first episodes clears a lot of missing links in the 1st season as in the novel series. With the second season based on the 4th volume of the novel Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoshitsu, the story is more exciting than ever and twice more fun, including another cool ending theme.

Animax LaMB - Part 1

Woot... Love the first episode of LaMB... Great 3d Graphics and effects...

How I wish I can have one of those LaMBs... but kinda sad as to how the Govt. in the Anime treat them... The LaMB assgined to Doctor Jack Griswold is known as Eve-1135. She is formerly a Human and now enslaved to Cerra... Really Great Effects... Airplanes that look like spacecraft, floating cars you only see in games and a high tech Utopia City... Kinda reminds me of Macross Frontier with all the city in Sphere.

Summary:
We see Doctor Griswold arriving in Cerra as a Scientist to help stimulate oxygen on this world and make it a more green planet. Cool robots does not mean it's okay to relax as Dr. Griswold's robot malfunction and almost took away the last memory of his wife who past away.
It was then Dr. Griswold was introduced to the LaMBs. He was taken to a shopping mall by Suzuki and shown several LaMBs... this part kinda sounds like the Holy Bible to me as they talk about Adam and EVE and Lambs and Shepherds.
Female LaMBs are knwon as EVE and Male LaMBs are known as ADAM. The owner of the LaMBs are also in this case known as a Shepherd. He was astound by the fact that humans were enslaved and Laminated to serve other human beings. He knew this was wrong but can do nothing about it.

Upon receving Eve, he ask him several questions that she answered on a computer and sorta like a PDA-thingy. He did not like the idea of having EVE walking around naked, he took her to a store to buy some clothes and allowed EVE to choose her own clothes.

It was till this part they began to gain some mutal trust in each other. Suddenly, a mysterious group of people surrounded them and chase them down. Griswold not wanting anything to happen, took EVE and dash off in his floating vehicle. Griswold was then chased by a few floating motorcycles and was cut off when they reached a dead end. He pulled his car juz in time to avoid falling of the dead end.

Well.... for those who have watched it I bet you have enjoyed it! I know I did... some funny dialogues along the way too... Great Anime... Can't wait for Part 2 of LaMB that will be airing next week on 31st of March also on a tuesday!

Live a Live The Another Side - Nagato Yuki

Well, Here is another of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Anime Series Figurine... So many to collect, so many sold out and so many yet to release... Really Hope can cope all this...

Discovered this by chance when I and my friend went shopping for things... He wanted to redeco his room... We chanced upon the 3 Figurines that made a Set, Suzumiya Haruhi, Asahina Mikuru and my Fave Nagato Yuki. I only bought Nagato Yuki while he bought the set of 3.... Have finance problem so I cannot afford the set of 3... Well anyways here are the pictures... Will seek my friends help to take the Picture of the 3 figurines together!

The Figurines are actually UFO Catcher's Prize by Sega... They are very detailed and nice... Really good quality... and best of all They go at $26.00 per piece... But it's already sold out... aw... Can't get the set anymore... But Really Dun Mind... Got my Nagato Yuki hehe... Nagato Rocks on the Guitar! Rock On!

Sorry for the disturbing Light affecting the picture... My room isn't quite a good place to take pictures and my photographing skills are still not up to standard yet... HEHE

This week, we take a look at the pilot of the powerful VF-25. The kind and gentle character who can be easily mistaken for a Female.

He is often known as 'Hime' due to him looking like a girl and his first name Saotome. He is a righteous person and a bit stubborn as he always tries to do things his ways. He saved Ranka and Sheryl several times and through this, both girls develop feeling for him. This week, we look at the Yuri Character of the Series Ga-Rei Zero, Isayama Yomi. The slyar of the Dark and controller of the Mystical Ga-Rei Beast Ran Gurren, who turns evuil in the Series.

Isayama Yomi is the sister figure of Tsuchimiya Kagura who has lost her mother at a young age. As from a line of Demon Slayers, their lives were at stake and were bound to be dead in the process. Both of them are demon slayers but Yomi lost both her parents before going into the Isayama Family. She is very well skilled and is a high rank Demon Slayer. She does not let her emotions or anything obstruct her from doing her job as a Demon Slayer.

But when she found out about some truth during the series and Mei-nee chan became one of Kazuhiro's companion due to the hatred and all negative emotions on her. When Yomi was injured in the hospital, she became manipulated and was controlled by Kazuhiro using the sesshouseki, a jewel capable of regeneration. She later died in the hands of kagura while protecting her as she did not want anything to happen to her and wanted to protect her from all things evil.

This is more of a sad song talking about sad and hard love but if you preserve on, you will be able to overcome it all. The chorus part of the song kinda tells a person to give it all one has and be brave to love. No matter where, what happens or how far apart the lovers are, the love between the two will always joint. She is one of Seiyuu's finest and her songs are all very nice. This is a very nice love song... The lyrics say of being together forever and not allowing this memoreis to end. Always being together is what one yearns. The promise made to each other will lead them into eternity. No matter where your other half is, you would still want to hold it tight. It also emphasize on the feelings of one being everything to one person and that this love will never ever end. It also emphasize on being in love with the one and only you.

A great love song by Mizuki Nana and I really like her style in this song... More of her usual style rather than those performed in Discotheque and Cosmic Love. Although it sounds like her but juz you know, kinda not her style.

This is a very nice song. It is a song which lyrics are kinda like a tribute or specially made and sung for the Fan Club and fans of Sheryl. One part of the song lyrics "I can certainly feel it right now. The sense of unity is everywhere. Don’t you feel it? This is your last warning. Dance in the rising frequency! I’m shouting through! This week, we take a look at another of Seiyuu's world finest, Mizuki Nana, who has notable roles in many Japanese Animations and most notable for her work as Fate Testarossa of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical NaNaoha Series. She is also a knwon JPOP Singer and have many fans, she holds at least 2 to 3 concerts almost every year.

She made her breakthrough when she voiced as Fate Testarossa in mahou Shoujo Lyrical NaNoha and sang the opening theme for the Animation. She made it to fame when she sang the song "Brave Phoenix" in the Second Series of this Animation known as Mahou Shoujo Lyrical NaNoha A's. For her Charaters in Seiyuu, I can barely tell which is her... as I'm used to her singing voice instaed of her Seiyuu Voices.

She made an impact in the Singing World also as one of the Seiyuu's to attain mass fame in being a Seiyuu and JPOP Singer. Her songs are usually very emotional and she sings in in a Deep tone and Voice and changes it to a high and trembling tone. This is what made her unique and different from many others. Without any doubt she is a very good Seiyuu and Singer.

This week, we take a look at a character who is always disturbed or bullied by girls in odd ways, Shiratori Ryuushi. A Character from the Anime series that is much more than ordinary, Mahoraba ~Heartful Days~.

Shiratori, is the nice and kind-hearted character in the Anime Series . Very serious when it comes to his work, which is usually art related and most of the time seem to be able to hand in his artwork in school, even when he stays up all night helping others or juz having fun. He is always ridicule by Tamami and Momo for his name sounds like a girls name. In one of the episodes, he was changed into a girl by Tamami and Momo. Shiratori relates well with all the 4 Personas of Aoba Kozue, the Female Lead of the show.

His character in the show is first infatuated by Kozue, as he came from a all boys school and he really thinks that Kozue is cute. Although Kozue is a bit slow, likes the way Kozue is and also all of the other personas. One of Kozue Persona's who is usually quite and does not talk opened up to Shiratori, due to his frankness and kindness.

Overall, Shiratori is a kind and warm-hearted Person. He is also frank in many ways and trys not to hurt anyone in the process, but is clumsy and tends to say the wrong things when he gets frantic.

It's a total ownage! 4 of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu's notable female characters are on the chart! So this week, we take a look at the charater, Tsuruya of this hit Animation, re-running on April.

Tsuruya-san, like Asahina Mikuru is a second year student at North-High. Her Character in the Anime is the Happy-Go-Lucky type and always seen smiling and laughing out Loud! She is voice by none other than Matsuoka Yuki. Her first name is undetermined up till now and it is speculated that she suffers from Chronic Laughing Sydrome, which explains why she always laughs out aloud. She is one of the 3 non-official member of the SOS-dan along with Kunikida and Taniguchi. She suspects that none of the members, except Kyon and Koizumi Itsuki, are normal.
in the novel, it is revealed that Tsuruya's wealthy family is the background supporter of Koizumi's "Agency".

She is a close friend of Asahina Mikuru and sometimes when doing things, can bring it a bit too far. She has a fairly odd way of speaking according to Kyon. A Charater that cannot be missed out on any Anime. One addition of such a Charater makes the Anime a even greater hit!

This week, we take a look at the songs [yupz no spelling error it's Songs with a 'S'] Unnamed World and Namida, Namida, Namida, the 3rd time Hirano Aya is featured... Kya~ on a roll mna! on a roll! Unnamed World: The song speaks of the unnamed world created by the individual with his or her own powers. It also talks about the future of the person and how they are going to create the world that belongs to them. A World where you are who you wanna be and your name does not even matter. A World of your own!
Namida, Namida, Namida: A song about the loneliness of a person and the tears the individual shed during the process of being alone. The song also speak of relying on others when you are sad and also large emphasis on the Lonely Heart part.

This week, we take a look at the song performed by another one of Seiyuu's finest, Horie Yui, the song Silky Heart. The song is also the second opening of the hit ongoing Animation series, Toradora!... A very nice anime by the way! Love it! XD

The song silky heart, of course like many other songs speaks of romance and love in many different ways, in this case a sad way. The song speaks of the heart as soft and fragile as Silk and the individual of the song is thinking of the other person the whole day for 24 hours and the feelings are so irritating to him/her it overflows. The song really spekas out to all, it's really this way when you like someone... saying the words 'I Love You' is easy but tough when the individual you like is infront of you.

It is also as said in the song, one becomes weak after sometime if you fail to confess, maybe juz coz you might feel you know, you lose your confidence in Love. It also reflects that the heart is so fragile, it is hard for one to recover from the damaged heart and will fear to love again. Although the last verse is quite encouraging, it says that one day with enough courage, one will be able to confess fully and properly to the individual he or she likes.

Nice song with nice tunes... Love the first opening too... kinda a catchy beat. Anyways, if listen to the song if you have the time. Nice Song, Nice Lyrics and Nice Music too.

This week, we take a look at one of the many songs of Hirano Aya. Yupz... None other than the song Namida, Namida, Namida. We are definitely on a roll! Kudos to Aya-sama for making such a hit in my charts and also a hit on my heart! XD

Following her release of Riot Tour DVD, the last song she performed in an Japanese Animation poped back up to the Sections. A song that is quite sad and emotional, a song that also describes some of the hearts we have, the lonley heart. not only is this song a amazing hit, it describes the hearts of the many individuals around.

The song describes of awakening in the morning and finding yourself alone with tears in the eyes flowing down. But also conveying the message of it's okay to rely on others and also people around you will care for you thru the part "Haha ni dake wa Amaeyo kana". Really speask and emphasize on the Lonely Heart part... Really love this song... juz coz maybe I too, have a lonely heart.

This week, on the very first week of March, we take a look at one of the many young success stories in the Seiyuu World, we take a look back at Hirano Aya. She is now considered as one of the popular Seiyuu's among many. Along with her addition of the First Live DVD 'Riot Tour' held in 2008 and released on the 25th of Feb 2009, she became a instant hit back on the Japanese Seiyuu Charts.

After a long rest from the 'Live' scence, she wow her fans and many others with her Live performance back in 2008. Her Voice improved in tremendous ways and she is now able to control her voice more fully, in addition, she got 2 major Seiyuu roles in the start of 2009. She voices as Shirakawa Yuki in White Album and the upcoming April Anime, Queen's Blade as Nanael.

Her success has wow alot of her fans since her role as Suzumiya Haruhi in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, the anime which will have it's re-run on April and also the new Chibi-Style, Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu. No matter as a Seiyuu or Singer, she has done lots to become what she is today and where she is today.

Left 4 Dead is a co-operative first person shooter video game. The game was first announced by Turtle Rock Studios in 2006, developed and published in 2008. The company was purchased by Valve Corporation. It is avaliable on PC and the XBox360. The game reached "gold" status even before it's offical release to the market. The game is now enjoyed by millions worldwide, as it has a storyline and also the walkthrough RPG factor in all modes.

Players can choose from the 4 Survivors, Zoey, Bill, Louise and Francis. Weapons like the M1911 pistol, M16A2 Assault Rifle, Benelli M4 Super 90 semi-automatic shotgun and a few more can be found in the process of the campaign. Healing Items like First-Aid Kids and Pills can be found, thrown weapons like Pipe-Bombs and Molotovs can be found in the game too. Be sure to make full use of these items!

Overall:

Great First-Person shooter game that has a storyline and walkthrough. Also it's been quite some time since we saw such a co-operative FPS game. Killer graphics and sound, great effects and good work on the zombies. Give it a 8.5 outta 10 for this great Zombie game

Characters Information:
Zoey, a college student into horror films; Francis, a tattoo-covered biker; Louis, a junior systems analyst in his company's IT department; and Bill, a former Green Beret and a Vietnam veteran.
Great background for characters that are up aganist the infected, my favourite character has to be Zoey, don't know why but people always want to use her, maybe just because she is the only female in the game.

Infected Infromation:
General Infected or the Horde are the most common in the game and can be easily killed in all 4 difficulties, but very painfull in the expert and advanced mode. 1 scratch from their hand inflicts a damage of 20 to you.
Hunters are agile and fast, jumping here and ther just to avoid being shoot, but easy to attack when it's crounching down and aiming for a person to lunge and pounce on. It's easy to kill if you have great aim but hard to spot sometimes as it may appear outta nowhere.
Boomers are the fat, slow and slimy zombies, which does not inflict much damage, but is able blind your vision and summon the zombies to attack you. Quite easy to fend off and easy to kill, as long as you aim for his big fat stomach.
Somkers, not the cigarette weilding individuals, are the long tounged zombies who are able to pull one to great distances. It usually hides in dark spots and the top of building to avoid direct contact. Once dragged to him, one is unable to attack and genral zombies may attack at this point of time. Hard to aim at sometimes, easy to spot, just look for the green air bubles around the air and there he is. Quite hard to kill if he is far away.
Tank is the super big and powerful zombie in the game, aims for the individual nearest to him. He is able to incapacitate an individual. When one is incapicitated by him, he attacks if he sense no others attacking him, but it there is, he aims for the next nearest individual. It really takes 4 person to kill something like him, but do not stick together or the result is dreadful. Although fast and powerful, it's attacking speed is quite slow, easy to gang but never ever try to solo him. Aim for it's head if possible and try to run away from it.
Witch is the most feared in the game, all strong and powerful, fast movement and attacking speed, high damaging and smart. Aims for the individual who startles her unless she is unable to reach that particular individual. Do not startle her in the Advanced or Expert mode, 1 or 2 scratches form her and you are outta the picture. Powerful and scary, easy to spot, but remember to turn off your lights and do not stare at her for too long. Terrifying and scary crying voice. Hard to kill if you are incapacitated too fast. amazingly head shots from Sniper do not work. The way I kill her is throw a Pipebomb near her to deal some damage before attacking or throw a Molotov to burn her and attack to deal some damge.

Sound and Graphics:

Killer Grpahics if you run it on a good graphic card at the highest resolution, but if you run it on a low resolution, then it might not be that great. Gotta love those creepy sounds of general infected, hunters, bommer, smokers, tanks and the all scary and powerful Witch! Can't play this game without the sound alerts us of some of the happenings in the game unless you have guide-along mode on in the game. Beware of the all scary crying witch... Scariest There is, Scariest there was, Scariest there will ever be.

Game Modes:
Single Player Mode:
Play as either one of the survivors, do not try the expert and advanced mode when playing with the AI's. You will deeply regert it if you are not good enough.
Campaign Mode:
Play with your friends in co-operative mode to deal with the zombies either in a Local Area Network or Online. Must have great teamwork. Don not leave anyone behind and please try not to shoot your allies unecessarily.
Versus Mode:
Play as either Survivors or the Infected aganist your friends or with your friends. Survive the attack of your friends or kill them as the zombies you are. As Survivors, you must alaways remember to stick together as a team do not leave anyone lagging behind. As zombies, plan your moves and do not do anything stupid, hide and kill them with your skills, leave no one alive!

Special Section:

This week, we look another useless character from the start of the series and was useful during the middle, on spot no.7 - Touhouin Ikuto. We are on a roll in useless male characters. First, a Youkai, Aono Tsukune, then, a Mistes, Sakai Yuuji, now we finally have a Human, Ikuto. Wow, Kyon will sure be glad to hear this sentence.

Ikuto, in the series is generally a kind hearted person. When he was first stranded in this female filled island, he was scared and wanted to see civilisation again, even after running away from home. But he falied in multiple atemps to get off the island, called Airantou, home to only females and he was the only male. Although useless, all the girls on this island yearned for a male. When he laerned that he was unable to get off, he adapted to live on the island.

The female characters in the series are able to do things far beyond the man in civilisation, which makes Ikuto, the man look uselss. he is unable to fend for himself and help in various taks given. He is quite brave and tries his very best, protraying him as a determined person, but gets weak and have nosebleeds when facing a naked girl. Throughout the series, he grew stronger and Suzu's feelings for him deepens, they began to distant from each other when Ikuto trained too much in Kendo. Suzu, also kept her feelings to herself.

His determination is great and strong willpower and preseverance makes him withou any doubt a character for every guy to root for.

On this week's section, we look at one character who leads two different lifes, during different part of the time, she is non other than Kozuki Stadtfeld of Code Geass! I love her character when her hair is all let down as there is a more kawaii factor compared to the way she looks during battles. I like her character more than C.C. of the same series.

Kallen, is one character who wishes to bring judgement to the Empire of Britannia and bring back peace to the Japanese, who in the series are known as Elevens [11s]. Her character is quite sad as she did not recieve much affection from her biological mother and her stepmother. She is more close to her brother. I like her particularly because of her look when she is wearing her school uniform and when she is in school or out with her friends. This does not mean I don;t like her braver and fighter side.

She is a character with strong willpower and also the power to live on and preservere on. With her stronger side of her being a advantage, she became the Ace of the Black Knights. In school, she looks lazy and tired, follows all the rules of a Britannia school and goes by the name of her Britannian father, Stadtfeld. She only uses her name Kozuki when she is with Zero and prefers to be refered to as Kallen Kozuki.

On this week's special section, we take a look at the Upbeat version of the song, What 'bout my Star (Sheryl on Stage) sung by the singing voice of Sheryl, May'n. The song is first performed in the first episode by Sheryl Nome in her Live Concert in the Anime Series.This song, which was in the album Macross Frontier O.S.T.1 Nyan FRO., sold well. The Album hit the Oricon Chart in the 3rd placing and was in the chart for 26 weeks.

This song is very nice, lively and upbeat. The stage performance drawn in the Anime and the atmosphere around it made the song and lyrics stand out more. The song's lyrics kinda give out a sexual desire and temptaion to the opposite sex individual. Exmaples: As translated into English, "I want to GET you, lalala, I all give it to you." and "Let me know what you want, I will give you" and some other parts my friend was able to able to identify. Not caring wether the song is trying to convey this message or not, it is in overall a very nice song.

A very nice song with a very nice catchy beat, which also has another version known as What 'bout my Star@Formo, a more kinda sad version sung by May'n=Sheryl Nome and Nakajima Megumi=Ranka Lee. Love both versions, but like this version more.

This week, we look at the seemingly high tension and kinda rap song, Pre-Parade, a song performed by a few of Seiyuu's finest talents, Kugimiya Rie, Kitamura Eri and Horie Yui. All 3 Seiyuu's did alot before ascending to high fan base in the world.

Really gotta love the catchy beat of the song's music and tune. Really hard for some people to be able to sing this song. especially when it hits the chorus and the songs goes to "rap" mode. A nice song with great lyrics but hard to sing for people who get tounge tied easily. As mentioned above all 3 seiyuu's did alot for their carrer to have high fan bases. Horie Yui, who dates way back to the Seiyuu role who brought her to fame in 2000, Narusegawa Naru of Love Hina, when she was aged 23. Kugimiya Rie, who voiced as Shana and Louise in Shakugan no Shana and Zero no Tsukaima in 2005 and 2006 respectively when she was 25 and Kitamura Eri who voiced as Otonashi Saya of Blood+ in 2005 at the young age of 18.

The album of the song made it to the Number 17 spot in the Oricon Chart when it first released. I really personally like this song... would choose this song over the new one. Kinda like it's catchy tune and also the rap part. The song kinda reminds me of the song Motteke Sera Fuku, the opening theme of Lukcy Star. Anyway, it's one nice song you should listen to even if you've never watch the Anime or skip the songs, like some of my friends do, which I think is something stupid to do.

This week, we look at the song that has a similar name, Nyan Nyan Service Medley. This is a song consisting of the singers May'n and Nakajima Megumi. There is no doubt that the anime Series Macross Frontier is popular and because if these, they have to find great singers, and these two fit the bill. May'n, who is a rising Diva JPOP Singing Sensation and Nakajima Megumi who made her debut as the major role in the series, Ranka Lee.

Both of them are able to sing very well, both who went into the singing and JPOP business by eliminating many other individuals. The songs in the Nyan Nyan Service medley and the mix of music make this one irresistable song of mix emotions. Music non other by, Kana Yoko and also the lyrics from various famous lyricist who have also made lyrics for past Macross Series.

Find it hard to believe, they are able to make it so emotional. The song likewise to all the songs in the Macross Frontier Anime, shows the emotions that were to be shown to Alto. The song was performed in the last Episode of the Macross Frontier Anime, when the battle between the Grace O' Connor and Macross Frontier broke out. Both Characters in the Anime sang out loud to defeat Grace along side Alto and Ranka's brother. A Song which is nice and consist of mix emotions that I also have... hehe!

On the final week of Feburary, we take a look at One of the Seiyuu who has become the Queen of Tsundere among her fans, Kugimya Rie. Most of her Tsundere characters made her famous in the anime seiyuu world, including Shana of Shakugan no Shana, Louise of Zero no Tsukaima, Nagi of Hayate no Gotoku and also the most recent Taiga Aisaka.

She is known for the roles of Alphonse Elric of FullMetal Alchemist, which was her 2nd major role in 2003 and 2009, Enpatsu Shakugan no Uchite 'Shana' of Shakugan no Shana in 2005, 2007 and 2008, Kagura of Gintama in 2006, Louise in Zero no Tsukaima in 2006 to 2008, Sanzinen Nagi of Hayate no Gotoku in 2007, Shirayuki Mizore of Rosario to Vampire in 2008, Katagiri Yuuhi of Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka and Aisaka Taiga of Toradora! also in 2008.

She is able to fully manipulate her voice into different tones and sounds like Hirano Aya. She can make her voice sound lonely and emo, matured and also the voice of being cute but fierce as shown in some of her major roles. She won the Best Actress in Leading Role in the first Seiyuu Awards as Louise of Zero no Tsukaima. Her role as Shana made her fan base around the world bigger and more fans have since then been supporting her in roles like Shana. With one of the most common sentence in her roles like Shana being 'Urusai, Urusai, Urusai!' literally meaning 'Shut Up, Shut Up, Shut Up!'. This sentence was used in her roles and Louise, Shana and also Taiga Aisaka.

Likewise to Tanaka Rie, many think her voice dosen't match her face or age, but with this being the wow factor and fan factor of her, it is without any doubt that this is her style of being a outstanding Seiyuu. As they say 'No one can't take away what's within you!'

Been busy this week with my studies and the passing away of my friend... But this coming tuesday will be my big exams! After this hurdle, expect updates for almost everyday and month.... that is till I'm enlisted into the Army...

A Minute of Silence for my Friend

I have just learned that one of my friend, WWY [Shortform of his name], passed away today on the 28th of Feburary 2009. He will be having his wake tomorrow on the 1st of March 2009 in a Church.

He was a happy-go-lucky person and did not let any problems or anyone from stopping him from trying to achieve his aims and goals. He was always carrying a smile and was always happy infront of us. Although I am not very close with him, I really wish that this had not happen. He was diagnosed with Lukemia on the month of the Anime Festival Asia 2008 last year. I got wind of his illness around late september early october. He has been in a ward on a bed since then, after some therapy and healing sessions, he was better and transfered into the normal ward the last time I visited him. But bad news strucked me as I recieved a shocking call from my friend around 7 plus pm saying that he had past away.

This news came as a shock to me. Really hoped this didn't happen. My last words: May he Rest in Peace and GOD stay by his side forever in his afterlife.

When he alive, he loved watching Anime. Thus I dedicate the following song to him.

Bought these 3 figurines that were going at 3 for $10... saw them at Comics Connection while I by-passed it this past week. Quite a steal if you ask me... although I can't get a set, at least I get some of the favourite characters from the Anime Series. Love the C.C. the best very nice figurine, great details... not that the other two are not good, but I guess I juz like C.C. more... They are good in quality even though their size is not that big... really Love'em!

As my friends and family know, I superly love to eat Cornettes... There was even once I bought around 5 of it and started munching it as my lunch... This week, we take a look at the so called and considered dead person, Sakai Yuuji, who clinched the No. 3 spot this week. He is quite the same as the character featured last week, Aono Tsukune. Both having some similarities in their character traits. Except for some difference and also that one is a Mistes while the other, a Youkai.

His character in the Anime series, Shkugan no Shana, protrays many different side of him. He is more emotionally week and sometimes is unable to take blow that hurts his feelings or his heart. During the start of the series, he is protrayed as kinda a coward sorta guy, but turns into a brave person along the storyline when he starts to help Shana in destroying the Rinnes and Tomogaras. He also has to protect himself as he is one of the most valuable Reiji Maigo, the Mystes.

He began to distance himself from the closeness than the two originally shared, leaving Shana hurt with the new feelings of love she has developed but cannot explain. However, Yuji and Shana have since repaired the damage to their relationship. When the Second Series ended, it ended up with Yuuji, again beging unable to choose wether he wants to be with Shana or Yoshida.

His character is a bit different in terms of many ways as mention, he is also one who is always seen happy and smiling and also always looks out for others intrests other than his own. he is always optimistic and looks more towards the bright side of life. Which makes him 3rd this week.

This week, we take a look at the so called "GOD" in the Anime Series she is in, Suzumiya Haruhi. She's been in the chart since the start but has jumped many ranks, from top to bottom and back up to the 4th spot this time round. Maybe it's juz because of the new Chibi anime.

Suzumiya Haruhi, is one who is brave and straight forward towards many people, but has a very eccentric side to her. She does not believe in ordinary things but supernatural ones. With kyon, her goal is to track down all forms of Aliens, Time Travellers, People form Other Dimensions, Espers or anyone who has superpowers. One thing other than this about her is her ability of being able to excel in almost any thing she does, not only that, she is also a striking beauty as said by Kyon.

She is also usually very bossy and always get herself what she wants and always nearly destroys the world, without knowing it. kyon is always bossed around by her and is kinda fed-up by it. Her character is also one who likes to do different and new things when she chances upon it or juz feels like doing it. She can be at times slow and does not see that what she is doing may cause potential harm to others. She does not allow anything to hinder her in the things she does and always finds a way out to get what she wants, whether the others like it or not.

What makes this Anime and Character a hit is largely because it is fresh and new and you hardly see any anime which has a storyline quite like this. So do expect more to come from this character and also do look out for the Re-run in April for her fans in Japan!

This week, we look at another one of Macross Frontier and the song of May'n, Diamond Crevasse. This song's single hit the Oricon Chart at spot 3 and maintaining it for a long 7 months. The song was first performed by Sheryl Nome [May'n] in the Macross Frontier Anime and has been used as a Insert and Edning Song for the series.

This is generally a very sad song sung by May'n and this song was made more sad by the Episode when Michael died during a battle with the Vajra's during Clang Clan's transformation. The song is more towards the sad sorta love. With the lyrics saying that "I was born as I was born to love you" in the chorus part and also the pain and hardness in saying goodbye to the one you love. This is what makes it a overall great song.

The song is also one of the most dicussed and talked about song in the Macross Frontier Series, with people singing it in various conventions and competitions. A song that is without a shadow of a doubt a superb hit.

This week, we look at the song which shot up the ranks quite quickly, the song at spot no. 1, Nyan Nyan Service Medley. This is song form the Hit mecha Anime Series, Macross Frontier. The song we are looking at this week is a song that has just entered the Chart, the no.4 ranking song, Iteza ☆ Gogo Kuji Don't be late. This song is first performed in the Japanese Animation, Macross Frontier. The full song was first used during a battle that involved the S.M.S. and the Vajra during a Live Performance by Sheryl Nome. This song describes some parts of the Character Sheryl herself and also the Animation.

When the single of this song first came out on May, It hit the Oricon Chart at the very first highest ranking spot of Number 3, making it the breakthorugh during her carrer. The song charted for 27 weeks, nearly amounting to being in the chart for 7 months. The song was also performed during her very first live outside Japan, the AFA 2008 in Singapore.

Her voice is no doubt very good and she has quite powerful vocals. Let's take a look at who made the sesion this week! It's gonna be none other tahn No. 8, Tanka Rie, who has made quite some impact during her role as Lacus Clyne and Meer Campbell in the Kidou Senshi Gundam Seed Series, as three characters, Chi, Elda and Freya in Chobits and also the most recent Suigintou in the Rozen Maiden Series.

As a child, Tanaka took singing classes and gained respect by performing in a number of concerts. After graduating high school, she joined one of Tokyo's popular animation companies and took on singing roles for some of her characters. She has a fan club named Café de Rie and most of photos taken for the fanclub can be found in Seiyuu Magazines. She is known to own a few animals, such as kittens and puppies. As she is not fluent in English, two of her released albums: 24 Wishes, and Garnet but didn't gain much success. Tanaka is also a member of the Steel Angels, a singing trio composed of the three lead Seiyuus of Steel Angel Kurumi, together with Enomoto Atsuko and Kurata Masayo.

Although many find her apperance a bit old for her actual age, her fans still support her for who she is. She made her biggest breakthrough when voicing as Chi of Chobits and singing the ending theme for the Anime. There is no doubt that her singing is good, good voice control but is unable to reach some high notes. Many aggred that her voicing of Lacus and Meer in the Gundam Seed series has captured another group of fans into supporting her. This is largly due to a Huge fan base in the two Anime characters Lacus and Meer.

Ga-Rei -Zero- Episode 01 - Aoi no Ue

Kinda a weird twist to the first episode and also very different than the Original manga created. But still love it!

The episode starts with a scene of a intense battle in the middle of a highway, then to a scence of praying to a dead person in a Graveyard and a minor flashback. The 2 members of the 4th division supernatural defences were then summoned to the highway to eliminate the unknown creatures.

The Japanese Ministry of Defense's Supernatural Disaster Prevention Agency is summoned to eliminate Category 'C', creatures and Catergory 'B', Kashas in the Greater Tokyo Area by deploying its 1st and 4th Special Divisions into combat under MOD instructions after they were reported by local police of a supernatural presence, with the situation under 4th Special Division jurisdiction. Despite being able to kill the Kasha beasts after the 4th Special Division lured them into well-arranged traps, most of the SDPA operatives were either massacred by the transparent spirits.

There was then a second report of the Category 'B' monster appearing in another area in Tokyo, the 4th division was then again sent to destroy the monster. Although well planned and knowning who the person was behind all this, they were able to slay the Beast, but paid a heavy price as the whole team was eliminated by one-by-one by a Katana weilding girl, who had something to do with Tooru's past and allowing him to remember what happened to her girlfriend.

Many people were a bit confused when the very first episode of this Japanese Animation aired, including me. It was totally different form the Manga's storyline. It was later revealed that the anime was a prequel to the Ga-Rei Manga series, therefore the word -Zero- was added at the back of the Anime title. Love the killer graphics of the episode, especially the Category 'B' Monster!

Sad Yuri Romance, Best of fall 2008 - Ga-Rei -Zero-

Ga-rei -Zero-, the Enchained Spirit Beast -Zero-, is an anime of fall 2008, which baffled many during it's first episode. This is beacuse; originally, it was announced that the anime would be an original story, suggesting that it had nothing to do with the manga except its setting; however, after the first episode aired, viewers were confused as the entire cast was suddenly killed off. It was only later revealed in the second episode, and still later in a radio interview with cast members Shiraishi Minoru, Mizuhara Kaoru & Chihara Minori, that the anime in fact tells the backstories of Yomi and Kagura before the events of the manga thus making Ga-Rei -Zero- a prequel which hence explains the 'Zero' in the title.

An overall very nice anime with killer graphics and some bloody violence. Like it very much except for the story's sad ending. This anime didn;t catch my attention much untill I found out that the opening song was performed by one of my favourite Seiyuu, Chihara Minori. It's been sometime seen we last saw an anime with such a lesbionic storyline. No offence on this, I don't mind a Yuri Anime, but definitely not a Yaoi one. Kinda like the creatures they summon, yupz none other than Byakuei and Rangure. I really like how the fighting scences in this anime goes, but not much of the sad & betryal storyline, but glad that Yomi realise her love for Kagura and stop being Evil.

Plot:

The Japanese Ministry of Defense has an anti-paranormal special forces group called the Supernatural Disaster Prevention Agency. They're the ones responsible to protect Japanese soil and its people from supernatural and paranormal events. However, things didn't go so well in one of their missions, which leads to intervention by the Ministry of Enviroment's Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division after the SDPA has sustained large numbers of casualties battling demons.

Suzumiya Haruhi Anime Franchise spinoff - Nyoron Churuya-san [Original Net Animation]

Another Chibi anime from Tanigawa Nagaru and Ito Noizi, is the second Chibi-style Original Net Animation, Nyoron Churuya-san. This Series focus more on the life of the secondary character of the anime series, Tsuruya-san or in this case Churuya-san!

The character is as funny and lovable but so different to the character protrayed in the original series, very different in some ways as the word"nyan" is added to almost everything she says. Making her too much of a Chibi and weird character in the series. A bit of a cheap production, I might add as the show is juz chibi-style characters in a white background. They did a bit better for the second episode, hope they work more on the background. Nevertheless, it is without a doubt funny and nice. a show which many have been looking forward to!

Plot:
Churuya is a character created off the base of Tsuruya. She is the main figure in a 4koma series, with her catchphrase as being "nyoron". Based on the Manga of the same name comes the Chibi-style Original Net Animation realeased along side with the Chibi-style Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu, comes Nyoron Churuya-san. An anime about the secondary character of the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu series, Tsuruya-san. Catch it weekly on Youtube.

Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu - Original Net Animation!

From the mind of Tanigawa Nagaru and the Character Designer, Ito Noizi of the Original Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Series, comes the Chibi Style Original Net Anime Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu. The Chibi style spinoff of the Original Series and the adaptaion of the Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu comics. With a different twist to the characters and also featuring some weird and side stories of the characters in the original Anime.

Being a Net Animation, it was to air on Youtube on the Feburary of 13 in Japanese Audio with English Subtitles, instead it was delyaed a day later and aired on the 14th. The series has a nice Chibi-style opening likewise to the opening of the Animation "Lucky Star". The Chibi-style of the anime adds cuteness and some moe factor to the Net Animation. Being a Haruhi Series fan, I love the concept of a Chibi Version and really hope the 2nd Season of the Anime comes real soon! With some weird scenarios and a sorta Alternate end to some of the scenes in the Original Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Anime, a nice Chibi anime not to be missed out on!

Plot:

A Chibi-style spinoff of the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Series and direct adaption of the manga of the same name, comes the Original Net Anime Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu. This anime focuses more on the different life-styles and some odd factors that were not known to fans in the Original series. With a mild variety of difference as to the original storyline of the Original Series. Be sure to catch the weekly episodes on Youtube!

Yakusoku no Chi - Riviera

The next game I will be doing will also be another RPG Game, Yakusoku no Chi Riviera [JP] known as Riviera the Promised Land [US]. The game incoporates diverse mythologies, most prominently Norse, in the game consist of the concepts of Ragnarok and Yggdrasil in its story. The game takes place mostly on the continent of Riviera, with the characters visiting various locales such as sinking cities, forestes, and abandoned cemeteries.

A game with different settings are game play area as the game continues. The game became a sleepr hit due to it's diverse twist in the RPG gaming standard. A game filled with excitement and unexpected twist and turns in the game. The moe factor and also dating-sim elements are included in the game, which makes it one of the rare RPG game with dating-sims within it. Different modes in the game allows the person to look at the surroundings, take action or juz battle the monsters. The Overskill Ability within the game also allows one individual to unleash their ultimate skill to defeat the enemies. A game with a different twist, whom I give 9 out of 10 for this game. Do try it, It is avaliable on 3 platforms, Wonderswan, Gameboy Advance and also on the Playstation-Portale [PSP].

Game Plot:
A thousand years ago, a war known as Ragnorok took place. The gods of Asgard were attacked and overrun by demons from Utgard. In desperation, the gods broke an ancient covenant; they sacrificed their lives to create black-winged reapers that came to be know as Grim Angels. Each was armed with a "Diviner", a sacred weapon with which they easily vanquished the demons. After the war ended, Utgard was renamed to Riviera and turned into a beautiful paradise. The gods left their knowledge and authority in the stewardship of seven Magi and their power in the care of the Sprites, the inhabitants of a peaceful Riviera.

But soon, rumors of the demon's return surfaced. Hector, one of the Seven Magi, sends the Grim Angels Ein and Ledah to Riviera, accompanied by Ein's familiar, Rose. They are ordered to activate the "Retribution", a hidden power of the gods which would eliminate the demons but destroy Riviera in the process. At the end of Heaven's Gate, they meet Ursula, the guardian of Riviera. Ein falls in battle and is taken to Yggdrasil, the heart of Riviera, by Ursula. Discovering that he has a good heart, she entrusts him with the protection of Riviera. With the fate of Riviera lying in the hands of Ein, will he be able to stop the 'Retribution' or will all be too late?

Going Classic - RPG Game "Golden Sun"

For the first Game I'm doing for my blog, we will be looking at second GBA game I play, Golden Sun! It's a very nice game and has quite great graphics for a GBA rom. It is one of the most discussed and talked about RPG game in the GBA. A very nice and mystical storyline packed with magical skills, mythical creatures and great adventure. As provided by Wikipedia, It is revealed that upon its release, the game was highly praised; IGN said that "Golden Sun could 'arguably be one of the best 2D-based Japanese RPGs created for any system.' The game went on to sell over one million copies in Japan and the United States alone." For those who have not tried the game before, I suggest you go try it although it's abit old and can't be found that easily.

Overall, it is a nice game, killer graphics for a Gameboy... Nice gameplay, storyline and epic battles. I like the game alot especially when u summon the in game creatures, Djinn, and use the special skill. Trying all the skills was the best and also using their psynergies... Nice picture graphics on the skills. The music fits the game in someparts perfectly. A easy game to play and handle even for first timers!

Game Storyline / Plot:

Ages ago, or so the stories goes, the power of Alchemy wrought the base elements of humanity into thriving civilizations, peace and prosperity reign throughout the land. But it was not to last, the power of alchemy began to corrupt the hearts of man. There were those who sought to use Alchemy to obtain infinite riches, immortal life and even dominion over the world. And thus, Four Elemental Lighthouses were constructed to seal away the secrets of Alchemy away forever. And so it was, until a cunning pair of villains tried to break the seal and unleash the powers of alchemy once again. Now, two heroes shall set off to stop the villains from unleashing the powers of alchemy once again. But will their noble action bring about a new golden age or destruction over the world.

This week, we will be taking a look at the Character who well, does not fit in too well at where he is in, none other that no.2 Aono Tsukune, whom ranked up 8 spaces to no.2 from no.9. Aono Tsukune is an well, ordinary Human when he first went into Youkai Gakuen, unknown to him taht this school was meant for demons. There, he met Akashiya Moka.

Tsukune in the anime Rosario to Vampire, is what many may call the weakling who needs protection from girls, but this is not so! His character although a bit cowardly in some cases, is actually very brave and optimistic, risking his life for Moka, Kurumu, Mizore, Yukari and Ruby when danger arises. He is also what people call idiotically dumb when it comes to fighting aganist demons. His real identity was in jeprody when Kuyou found out he might be human, but due to his Kind-heartness towards the Characters in the Series, many decided to help him confine this very secret.

Tsukune, is bad at grades, making him a typical non-studious type in this Anime, he is also quite slow when it comes to some things. But gotta say though, he is really able to keep himself energetic all the time, even when he had his blood sucked by Moka. A true man in an Anime with a not so common identity as he himself is also a demon, a Ghoul, who has yet t realise his full powers.

This time, we look at another emo-character again in Animation Series, it's none other than no. 3 in the ranks, Ichinose Kotomi of the Clannad Series which climbed up many ranks these past weeks. Her character in the beginning spreads a feeling like Nagato Yuki of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, both having the emo and quiet feeling. Which makes this Character a hit in my heart!

Kotomi, like Nagato does not talk much to people. In the Anime series, she is a great violinist and often seen barefooted. She is like Nagato who tops in things that is related with books. In the series, she is one of the top ten students and is exempted from many classes due to this. She slowly opened up to people in the Series and became more sociable, but an accident gave her a breakdown. This caused her to remember somethings of her past and memories of Tomoya as her childhood friend, along with her dark past.

Kotomi, gradually in the Series became more of a Matured looking character, but still spread that emo look which I like alot! Her character like many Anime characters of different Animes, has a reason in why the character is emotionless and the usually quiet sorta person. The same old storyline character, but great effect on Anime Fans!

This week, we will be looking at the chart's no.6 song, Yuki, Muon, Madobe Nite, the character song of Nagato Yuki in the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Series. When the single first released, it top the Oricon Chart at no. 13 and charted for 16 weeks as the longest charting single of the Character Singles of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. I first came into contact with the song when I bought the Single, but had not opened and listen to it untill I watched Suzumiya HAruhi no Gekisou, the live performance.

The song in this context is suppose to reflect the Anime Character that they are protraying. It is without a Shadow of a Doubt that the song and singer, Chihara Minori achieved this. The music for the song fits Nagato Yuki's personality perfectly and the song's Lyrics describes Ngato's purpose in the Anime and also the personality of Nagato. Which means she was borned with the purpose of looking after Haruhi and also to prevent anything that may cause Haruhi to change the world.

The song has that impact that makes all Nagato's Loyal fans, including me, keep on cheering for her Character in the Anime as it really speaks out to the Otaku's in the world. Many of which, hopes that they will be able to be protected by Nagato, making the song and Nagato Yuki's character iresistably one of the better characters in the Anime.

This week, we take a look at the Ranking no. 5 song, Zankoku na Tenshi no Te-ze [Thesis], the opening of the very popular and most criticized Anime, Shin Seiki Evangelion [Neon Genesis Evangelion]. The song is sung by the famous deep and low tone singing style Singer, Takahashi Yoko, who has also sung the opening song of Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai named "Metamorphose" and also the 1st Ending of Shakugan no Shana, "Yowake Umare Kuru Shoujo".

The song is well like to many individuals. The song reach the Highest Ranking of 27 during it's charting phase in the Oricon Chart. Many different Variations of this song has been made and sung by many different Singers.

The Song uptill now is still a hit in many countires and also in Japan itself. The Anime has also made many breakthroughs in countires and has been airing in many different countires till now. This week, we take a look at the song at the number 4 spot, Glorious Heart. This song can be found in the very first mini-album of May'n, May'n Street. A single which top the Oricon Chart at number 2 when it released. It does not amaze the Anime fans as she is now Japan's Pop Diva Sensation, all the songs in this mini-album are very nice. Many of which , has the potential in becoming Ending themes for Animes.

The song, Glorious Heart, is ver melodious at start and when it comes to the chrous part, the impact of the song can be felt. A very nice song that makes a person feel quite sad and lonley at start and makes you feel that you are able to change it all with miracles, as in the song lyrics, at the chrous part. The lyrics really speak out to many of us. A song and Album you really should to listen to... don't forget she is non other than the Ginga no Yousei, Sheryl Nome, but as we Anime fans call her, May'n.

This week, we take a look at the second Seiyuu on the Chart, Hirano Aya, who has made quite an impact in the Seiyuu world when she voiced as Suzumiya Haruhi in the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu Anime Series, which will have it's re-run in April this year and also the Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu, which aired this past Friday!

Hirano Aya joined the acting circle at the age of 9 starring in many commercials till the age of 11, she was selected as a Seiyuu cast for the Anime and Game, Tenshi no Shippo. She then main cast as Lumiere in Kiddy Grade and offically became a Seiyuu under Space Craft Produce and made her big break as the voice of Suzumiya Haruhi. Her first Anime Single, Bouken Desho, Desho!? broke the sales record of 1 million copies sold on the day it released and also millions of copies of the songs, Hare Hare Yukai, God Knows and Lost my Music are sold. These 3 songs are still charting in the Oricon Chart within the Top 100 up to date.

She has generally a cute voice and very cute smile, but a different voice when she is singing. She also made her big break in singing when she performed the song "Unnamed World" which was also the ending theme of the Anime "Nijuu-Menso no Musume" at the Tokyo Anime Fair 2008, her voice shocked many fans as her control and singing in voice improved tremedously.

Not only will this breakthrough help her in her Seiyuu carrer, it will also help in her Singing Carrer. She has been given many roles in Animes since her breakthrough in 2006, roles including, Izumi Konata in Lucky Star, Etoh Mei in Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight, Nagase Minato in Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka, Nonomura Ayumi in Hyakko, Akashi Kaoru in Zettai Karen Children and most recently Morikawa Yuki in White Album and also as Nanel in the upcoming Anime Queen's Blade.

Anime - Macross Frontier [TV]

Macross Frontier is one of the many series of the Original Macross Anime Series... The plot and storyline are somehow the same but it never stops to wow the Anime Fans in the World. All the Macross Series gave birth and rise to different Seiyuu's and Singers. In this particular anime, the CV of Ranka Lee, Nakajima Megumi and the Singing Voice of Sheryl Nome, May'n. They made a very nice series as the graphics were freaking awesome. Especially in the second opening of the Animation, those were some killer graphics! Really like the series though especially Sheryl and Ranka's character.

Plot:

Macross Frontier marks the 25th anniversary of the Macross anime franchise. It is a direct sequel to the first Macross series and Macross 7 and follows the lives of Saotome Alto, Ranka Lee and a pop idol named Sheryl Nome on board the Macross Frontier colonization fleet in the year 2059. After the war against the Zentradi aliens, Humankind has spread across the universe in order to ensure its survival. The Macross Frontier fleet is part of a effort to spread and maintain the culture of humanity and fight aganist the Zentradi Aliens.

Well... Here we go with that time of the year again! Yupz... It's Valentine's Day... To many of us Otaku's It's juz another normal day... There is not much for us Otaku's to do except the old usual thing of gaming online, watching animes or juz hanging out at the usual Manga Cafe or Anime Merchandise Outlets. I rather not go out and lone myself seeing all the couples all lovey-dovey together...
